Lack of assistance

I checked my battery status on the Matrix app, it showed that it is fully charged and working properly. When I checked it via WhatsApp the response I got was that it is flat and I need to contact maintenance team. I tried calling them several times, the phone was not answered. I even tried calling the customer service number, still no answer. Now I’m not sure if the battery is working properly or dead…
