Lack of action

On 2016-02-26 I asked Mix Telematics to cancel my subscription of the tracking unit because I sold the car. I got an auto reply informing me that my email was received and being considered. About two days later I phoned in and spoke to Lebogang Twala who explained to me that the cancellation is being processed and that I should know that they will debit my account on 2016-03-01 because I cancelled late in the month.<br> <br> I totally agreed with the that and believed that they will cancel my subscription. Around the 27th of March they sent me another invoice reminding me that an amount will be debited from my account for the device. I then sent them an email asking them why they are still billing me when I had asked of them to cancel this and that I have sold the car meaning I am being billed for the device I don't have.<br> <br> Only yesterday(2016-04-04) did I get a response from Lerato Mabe who said they are attending to my query. I sent them all the emails from 2016-02-26 showing that I have asked them to cancel. I then phoned around 16:09 on 2016-04-04 and Lebogang Twala transferred me to the cancellation dept. I never spoke to anybody because it kept ringing.<br> <br> Please help.
