********l debit order

I logged complaint on the 23 December whereby Matrix Vehicle Tracking did a debit order on my account where is was supposed to be on the 1 of each month They did the debit order on the 19 December 2025 without consent of the customer Matrix Vehicle tracking came back and said they will pay the bank Charges back to me in 7 to 14 days. It is now 17 days and I still no Bank Charges pay back to me .
