Keeps debiting my account after cancellation

To say I am fuming with this company is an understatement. I wrote a review on the 8th of April because I couldn’t get hold of this company for over a month trying to cancel my tracker. After the Hello Peter review they reached out and the lady I spoke to promised an immediate cancellation but still made me pay on the 8th as it will reflect as not paid if I dont. She promised they will no longer be debiting my account. Come May they debited my account and started harassing me with payment sms’s as I reversed the money again. Today the lady from there calls me all rude telling me I must pay coz they don’t do immediate cancellation. I explained everything to her and she told me “well you must call customer service”, the same one that I struggled to get hold of mind you.

She hung up on me as I was explaining to her because she wanted me to do as she says with a not my problem attitude as im from accounts department.

Please sort this mess as you will not be getting anymore money from me. You made me pay in April and promised immediate cancellation
