Keeping Clients Happy
Just need to thank Sheruna Gafoor who assisted me with my tracker certificate for insurance purposes, I had such difficulty obtaining the certificate from the call center staff and then I called Sheruna who gladly assisted me, when explaining that I urgently need the certificate and cannot wait for customer care to respond to my email only the following day she gave me her email address and sent me the document with correct information. <br> <br> Thank you once again for picking up the ball dropped by other staff members in your company Sheruna
