JUST PLAIN BAD OVERALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After speaking to Nkosi Ncala, and Noluthando Mabaso, my issue still has not been resolved. They promise to call you back, and they dont! I sent Noluthando a email this morning, because i could not get hold of her telephonic-ally. I specifically asked her that I would like a copy of the telephone call where we apparently asked for an upgrade, in the meantime, emails get sent and no one bothered to phone! This is pathetic..............
