JUST DO WHAT I ASKED
I have been trying to cancel my debit order with Mix Telematics (Matrix) since last December. I sent numerous emails to the email address supp**** with no response and they kept debiting my account every month. So I complained here and eventually someone emailed me and said my account would be closed but lo and behold, my account has been debited once again!!! REFUND ME AND CLOSE MY ACCOUNT!! I DONT OWN THIS CAR ANY MORE AND HAVEN'T FOR A LONG TIME, AS I KEEP TELLING YOU. THIS MUST BE ONE OF THE MOST ***********, ********** COMPANIES IN THE BUSINESS!!!!
