Just a mess
If I could give them no stars, it would be ideal, this company is extremely bad. I called them for months, and it was a continuation of not being able to get to the right department and multiple calls not being answered. Money was deducted from my account every month and when i missed 1 payment (which I refused to pay due to the extreme poor service) they sent my account to attorneys. It has now been 2 months since the outstanding payment was made but still, they have not cleared it from my credit record. Is anyone doing their jobs in this company??

Once again I called this company this morning and there is no answer. This has trully been my worst experience with a service provider.
I need someone to call me back and fully resolve my problem.
