ITC update

My son is having a car tracker with them, they never deducted for about 3 months, they called telling me that my car's tracker is suspended because I never paid, it was back and forth with their consultant. I end up paying those premiums and now I noticed that at ITC and Experian it still shows that I am in arrears tha means they never updated, I called them and to ask them to updated, they asked for proof , which I sent to this lady called Bulelwa. When I call to check if they receive and the way forward, they try to transfer and I get cut off or their phones go to voicemail, leave messages, not one comes back to me. Not sure if the company is legit
