Itc listing with a debit order

Black listed with a debit order???? Cant get any credit due to them black listing me for arrears and i have a debit order?? Tried to buy a new business but denied due to them blacklisting me for arrears on my account and phoned them to try and sort it but they say they cant see anything, so do you want to tell me itc sucks this out of their thumbs, how am i listed under your company you had to put it there no one else, please dont waist your money or credibility with this company its bad news!!!
