It is with great pleasure to express how I feel about matrix when it comes to taking your calls it's really disgusting 🫣. I have a fleet of vehicles where 10 of them has beamme units.I have been struggling the entire day yesterday till this morning to get hold of matrix/beamme sales or customer service to add another vehicle for a new contract the phone just keep on ringing with no answer and it's been an ongoing thing since my first beamme installation even if you leave a message with other departments it makes no difference no help at all. These guys are disgusting and pathetic 😒 I really regret taking my business to them and looking forward to terminate all 10 of my contracts.Their way of operation is really not up to standard 🙃 👎🏼
