I would not even rate this company 1 star - if I could give a negative star rating I would.

I have never dealt with such an unprofessional and ********* company like Mix Telematics before.

After almost 4 years of a subscription with them for my car tracker, I cancelled my account on the 12th of June 2023 due to them debiting my account twice for an apparent missed payment from a year before - I disputed this with the company and even sent my bank statements which showed the debit order had been deducted from my account for the date mentioned to me regarding the “missed payment” to which I received a response from a no-reply email and an attached invoice to pay for the “missed payment”.

After receiving such an unprofessional response, I paid the “missed payment” to cut ties and cancelled my account with them immediately, to which I only received another no-reply email acknowledging my request 2 weeks later! and I was told in the email that they will only be officially cancelling my account as of the 27th of July 2023 just so they could debit my account yet again for the upcoming month.

Since 27/07 has passed, they have tried debiting my account for August and September.

Their account has been blocked from debiting my account yet they are still emailing me with invoices for the last 2 months and sending sms’ with payment links to pay them for an account that has been terminated.

I have now reported the company for a ***** Investigation for their sheer lack of professionalism, and I am writing this review to warn others against what an ********* company they are.

I will also be taking matters further should this continue.
