Insurance certificate / Upgrade???
<p>I contacted Matrix several time to request a insurance certificate - each time promised it was on the way. Then a lady from Sales contacted me to upgrade me. Still waiting for a service certificate. How do you expect to sell something at the same time you are unable to provide a service? Still waiting for a certificate however and receiving SMS to contact Matrix for an Upgrade. 24 Hours I require a insurance certificate Or I will Cancel my agreement with Matrix. Ref number ***</p>
