insulted by a consultant

last week i call the call center in Midrand waterfall regarding my account. was i not insulted by the consultant named Gugu. who she uttered words ''do you understand the word contract sir?'' coz it seems like you don't know it. i got so feed up i handed up. she made me feel so small in suck a way that i want them to cancel my contract i will take my business somewhere else. i cannot be insulted by a consultant as if i borrowing money from them.
