Installed 2 tracking device on my car.
I have a complaint with this company which I have been calling and emailing asking them to resolve my query but they just hire useless bunch of people who cannot assist clients with their queries. The company installed 2 tracking devices on my car and was now being debited twice and they never bothered to resolve that. I decided to cancel their debit orders. However the bill keeps on piling up. I asked for their Ombudsman so I can submit my complaint, they are refusing to assist me.

12 Apr 2025, 06:47I am so disappointed that Metrix is failing to resolve my query which has affected my credit score and now my life has stopped because of them, they at first pretend to help me now the matter has cooled done they forgot about me. They can't even give me feedback. They told me to wait for 20 days now it's a more than a month. Can somebody help me with contacts of their Ombudsman as they have failed to give me.
