Inefficiency and incompetence at its best

BEAME also known as Mix Telematics is certainly one of the mot inefficient companies with *********** staff that I have ever dealt with. A year after selling my vehicle I realised that i was still paying for the tracker and requested them to cancel my debit order and advised that I’m interested in a device in the new vehicle. I received no response other that an automated acknowledgment after several emails that I sent to them. I was then harassed by the debtor’s department for an insignificant amount of R208 as I reversed my debits and had to explain my situation repeatedly and nothing was done about it. Eventually the service was cancelled and not without an adverse listing reflecting on my credit profile for their incompetence. If I had to give them an NPS rating, it would be less than minus 100.
