Ineffective tracking system and service

Horrible experience from Matrix. I contacted Matrix two weeks ago as the app was not updating the location..when asked where my vehicle was they couldn't provide me with a location. The lady told me she would look into it and contact me as soon as they were able to pin point to update. Two weeks later and that call still has not come Tonight as my vehicle has changed locations, the app still had not updated, I contacted them again and they could only provide a location from hours ago. I expressed my concerns and the lady was so non chalant. The service from Matrix is horrible. The phones don't get answered, email queries don't get attended to. It appears hello Peter is the most effective way to get assistance?
