Increase Rate on fixed contract
I signed a 3 contract with a rate of 69 per month, Now you increase the rate No where in the conversation wat that every mention, What is the purpose of the signed a contract for you to do what you want, All companies out there are a bunch of *****s, This is exactly why one must not sign contract so one can leave as soon as they start their doggy ways

As per the Mix telematics terms and conditions, annually on the account holders anniversary month, the will be an increase of not more than 8%. Regarding the Battery replacement, further communication will be made with the account holder.
