Incorrect Tracking Unit Cancelled

Once again you are messing things up. I called few days back for double debiting, to which one of your agents said it's because you (MATRIX) made a mistake for double debit because you DID NOT cancel an old tracking unit that was recently upgraded on vehicle BAIONGP. Your agent said she'll initiate a cancellation request - which she did. However the cancellation you have made is on an Audi A3, reg BAIANOGP, instead of old unit on BAIONGP.

Now, the A3 vehicle with reg BAIANOGP has been cancelled, instead of you cancelling an OLD tracker on BAIONGP, so that only the upgraded tracking unit can remain on BAIONGP.

Why can't you ppl do what you are supposed to do, just once in your ****** life?
