Incorrect statements

I had an account that legally prescribed in 2022. The last successful collection date was in 2019 March . Matrix recorded fictitious payments to reactivate the account so that it does not prescribe . Account has been handed over and listed on my credit profile . This is affecting my profile. I have provided bank statements to prove that the said debit orders did not go off my account. Please correct your records to show the tru reflection of the payments that were made and have the listing removed from my profile.
