incorrect billing

I've been using Mix Telematics service for more than 5years, recently they started debiting my account more than what is in our agreement. I've been querying with them without any success until I decided to reverse all the debits they have debited that's when I get their attention and they explain why their were debiting wrong amount and promise to resolved the issue but to my surprise the issue wasn't resolved still debited wrong amount even today.
