*********** staff , and bad service
*********** Staff: i have sent a cancellation request since December 5th . have called Mix telematics and they still debit the account. They still havent actioned cancellation .they never sent communication. Bad service

Your consultant apologised and told me the cancellation request was escalated to billing department but they never actioned it,So someone is lying here.and someone is definetely not doing their job.
