<p>So my saga continues with Mix telematics Africa they continue to harass me for a cancellation fee which they feel that they are entitled to. Due to their bad customer service I cancelled my 11 year contract with them, they are continuously deducting this cancellation fee which I have reversed at my own cost and continue to send smses and phone calls with the same promise of resolving the issue this is the third month of this and I am beyond fed up</p>
