I prepaid for the unit and service for 3 years at the time of buying my car. I never needed the service and as it was paid for never had any issues.

Sept 2019 the contract had come to an end and I renewed on a month to month basis. this is where the issue started. Firstly I was charged more monthly more than quoted on the phone and secondly they have failed EVERY month to take off the money by debit order as instructed.

I am now cancelling this service with immediate effect.
