Incompetence

Again I say I don't have a missed call frm you guys. Somebody responded to my complain on Fri but also proved to be useless. Subsequent to that I received an email saying that you were unable to assist my claim based on info I never received to begin with. Thato instead of calling me back you still expect me to incurred yet another expense of calling you. This is crazy!

If you can't deal with my claim I suggest you cancel my policy with immediate effect. The public must know what a ripp off you guys are, I will endeavour to ensure they do!
