Impressive, Beautiful and Pathetic SERVICE!!! BEAME Tracker!!!!!

<p>I sold the car over two years ago, I requested this contract to be cancelled numerous times telephonically. I eventually sent e-mails and still have not been contacted regarding my request nor have I received any correspondence. I made contact today and spoke to a helpful lady named Jade who assisted me. Jaded advised that the manager Dalsy Mthombeni is currently busy on another call and unable to take my call. She further advised that she spoke to Julia the lady dealing with my concerns, who advised that she sent me correspondence regarding a settlement letter and will refund me the balance since October 2016. My account was debited monthly without any issues now when I request my service to be terminated it becomes a frustrating issue. That takes almost a year to be resolved. Julia claims she sent me a settlement letter and the e-mail did not go through, yet we were corresponding via e-mail prior to sending the settlement letter. My contract ended in October and yet they continued debiting my account without contacting to confirm if I would like to continue with the service or not! I sent all the correspondence to Dalsy the “Manager” who reads my e-mail on the day I sent it, four days later and I yet to wait a response.</p> <p> </p>
