Impossible to even communicate with
After complaining here 2 weeks ago and being contacted with assurances that the issue will be resolved nothing has been done, and no one even seems to know who Mpho is.
The below is a part of the email i revived from Mpho Good day Mr. Labuschagne As per our telephonic discussion, your account ***XX with the vehicle with the registration XX11XXGP will be credited with an amount of R161.86 as you had reported the unit not communicating during that period of February and was not repaired. We will be in contact to advise on the status of the credit in due course. We will try to speedy the process to lessen the communication about an unpaid amount.
I am still harassed about this R161,
