Impossible to contact service provider.
After years with Matrix a sales consultant contacted me to offer me a better deal. My new monthly premium was supposed to be lower than my current premium. Much to my surprise my new premium is double my old premium. I have been trying to phone Mix Telematics for 2 months now, NOBODY answers the phone. Out of desperation I send my debit order payment back at the beginning of October with the idea that somebody will contact me. Still, nobody has contacted me, but I immediately after I have stopped the debit order received a SMS that my service will be suspended, and legal procedures will follow if I do not make an immediate payment.
