Impossible to cancela contract

If I could give minus stars I would. We have been trying since November 2022 to cancel our contract. They contacted us to extend the contract, however given a recent retrenchment it's wasn't possible. Haven't heard a peep since Nov, now threatening SMS re outstanding amounts. They can see the calls on the system we have ref numbers, but to no avail. Good luck trying to get through to cancellation now, been trying for the last 2 days to follow up since the SMS but they are supposedly very busy and when you press 7 to get them to call back their mailbox is full. Shocking shocking shocking to say the least.
