Impossible to cancel subscription, feels like a **** now
I am at the point of involving a lawyer now to cancel my subscription. I sold my car earlier this year, and despite every attempt to email them, call them, etc to cancel my membership, I get no response. I eventually had to cancel my debit order to stop them from charging me. They're still sending me an invoice, and at this point, I think involving a lawyer or perhaps contacting the ombudsman will be the only way to go.

No sooner had I posted my negative review, than Samantha from their cancellations department called me and was very friendly and helpful to ensure that my cancellation will go through. According to their records, my cancellation was processed, but somehow I never got receipt of it. She is crediting my account for any outstanding balance and hopefully the matter will be settled by the end of this month.
Thank you Samantha, and I do just recommend to Mix Telematics that they sort out their email reply system. I got an automated response each time I emailed, that included a reference number, but nobody ever got back to me. If they had, this review would have been avoided.
