Impossible to cancel a contract with MIX telematics
I sent an email to the cancellations department on the 1st June to cancel my contract. It is now August and they are still debiting me. Its impossible to get through to their cancellations department. Be very careful when signing a contract with Mix telematics. Rather go with tracker, ctrack or netstar.
