Impossible to Cancel
I have been struggling to cancel matrix device since my car was written off on the 20th of Oct. I sent a cancellation email and received no acknowledgement. Its impossible to reach them on the phone. I am never taking this again. What a bad and frustrating service to pay for services that I don't use.
