impossible in terms of communication

It is impossible to communicate with this company! Telephone, Email, Whatsapp, none of these platforms work. I had an email address of one person and he also just ignores my emails (which is a simple request to remove a vehicle from the subscription). You used that "info@" address just to get a nice little reference number and that then is the end of that! I am not surprised at the huge amount of complaints this company has received on hellopeter! It is beyond frustrating!
