Important information NEVER SHARED. It seem MATRIX was only interest in another contract
I started my contract with Matrix in July 2024 when my previous contract ended with another tracker company. Matrix NEVER informed me that I needed to request my previous tracker to remove their tracker as it will drain my car battery before they install their tracker.

We are not informed about devices fitted by previous providers, and it is the client’s responsibility to arrange removal of any existing units directly with them.Matrix cannot remove or interfere with another company’s equipment.
