I am absolutely outraged with your service and the blatant incompetence I have experienced. I cancelled my contract with Matrix on 16 May 2024, despite my contract already being expired, I was informed I had to serve a month's notice, which I did. Yet, I am still being charged after cancelling my contract and fulfilling your ridiculous notice requirement.

This is utterly unacceptable. I demand an immediate refund of all unauthorized charges. Stop debiting my account immediately. Your failure to provide the service I deserve is appalling, and now you have the audacity to ***** from me. I want my money back and I want my account deleted from your system.

I will never do business with your company again, and I will make sure to warn others about your ********* practices.
