Immediate cancellation of MATRIX. No one answers the calls I called 19 times today and I still can't get through. I have send 2 emails and no one contact you. This is TERRIBLE for Businesses. Call me urgently

I have had nothing but problems with Matrix. You can never ever get hold of the. I want to cancel my Matrix I have send two emails and have called 19 times to speak to someone that can tell me the procedure as I am on a month to month contract with them. All I get is reference numbers and no one calls you to sort out your cancellation. I got hold of the contacting company that works for Matrix to come and take out the matrix urgently. Please can someone please call me from Matrix. I JUST CAN NOT GET THROUGH TO YOU
