I'm being ****med over and over... They don't resolve anything! They avoid you

I will not stop until this is resolved, they called me asking why I'm calling them ****mers and I said "your ser vice confirms that" Caroline said they will cancel my account and refund me the money I paid for the past 12months...... Now they have dissappeared, they don't take my calls they don't answer my emails and still they kept on debting my money instead of refunding me. On Wednesday I got a call from them welcoing me to matrix as if its their first time communicating with me.
