I have tried for months to cancel my service after my bakkie was sold, with no success. Sending emails speaking to them when they called. I stopped and reversed my debit orders as i was paying for a device that was not in my possession anymore. They kept threatening to hand me over and put me on ITC. I work for a law firm and can confirm that it is not legal to hand some one over for a month to month service. They have now handed me over to a debt collection agency. This is the worst service. I will be taking legal action against them, should their course of action proceed.
