I have cancelled within 5 days of installation due to being tied up on Car Track contract, everything was confirmed over the email, then they debit me R147, i called them they said its OK i could reverse the debit they are sorry. then i get am email saying i owe R147, i called them again they apologize and said they will refund me the R147 (the one i reversed). Today i get a Blacklisting for the R147. Im confused on how they run business, blacklisting me for what?
