******* and ********** deduction for payment of an unknown vehicle

I have reported an ******* and ********** deduction of a tracking device for a car that I do not own .Upon receiving my query mixtelematrix cancelled the contract as if I requested cancellation on the 4th of June 2018.They promised to reduce the instalnent for the vehicle I m owning and also promised to give me a refund of all deductions for the car I do not own .On the 15th July 2018 they continued to deduct the instalnent for the two cars including the *****ulen vehicle .They never reduced the instalnent as promised.I reported this matter and the company promised to fix this problem .I waited ,called and the promise was never fulfilled to date .I went to polokwane branch but they keep on sending me from pillar to post .I am so tired of inquiring about a problem which cannot be resolved .

Surprisingly in the records for mixtelematrixs they indicated that I own two vehicles Merecedez benz c200 ,silver grey and The other one is C200 maroon in color..How do I buy two cars with same engine capacity ,model ,etc.at the same time?
