Ignored Cancellations

I cancelled my tracker with this company back in February 2025 and have been sending them cancellation emails every month since, asking them to attend to my case. They never responded.

Despite my cancellation, they continued deducting money from my account, which I had to reverse. Their retention department does not bother addressing customer complaints.

Now they are harassing me with constant calls, claiming that I owe them money.

Worst tracking company I’ve ever dealt with — completely unprofessional and careless about customers.
