<p>Hi, </p> <p> </p> <p>i just bought a vehicle and called Matrix to install a tracking device, first the consultant forgot to return my call yesterday. Today i call calle the technician more than 5 times and he promised to be at my work in the morning, now he is just ignoring my calls</p> <p>i mean i don't know what to call that, im seriously annoyed, sort yourselves out and install my tracker, that's nonsene!!! How will you retrieve my vehicle if you cannot even install the device. i gave him the address please make sure he gets here as in yesterday.</p>
