I wouldn’t even recommend it to my worst enemy.Pathetic service and scare tactics

Hi,I have been receiving numerous calls and threats that my account has been handed over and I will be listed on the credit bureau,I have made countless efforts and spoken to numerous consultants and even the legal team that my car was written off in 2018 but I was informed last week that I have to pay R1413.66 because my account is due by 180 days+,I only used your services for two months before my car was written off,I cannot pay for services that were not rendered,I have read through your terms and conditions and even requested a recording of my initial call. I will pay for the services that were rendered but not this ridiculous amount for a car that doesn’t exist.i received an email in 2019 confirming my cancellation even though I sent the email in 2018.You request a call back on your website and nobody gets to you,you spend minutes on the phone waiting to speak to a consultant.This is truly pathetic service from Matrix Beame. I will never recommend this device to anybody at all because of the service and how the matter is being handled.
