I would Run if I were you: No Access to benefits you pay for

I've had the Beame device on my car for a long time, and at the end of my contract, I was upgraded to a policy that includes roadside assistance, and my premiums went up. Every time I needed roadside assistance, I dialed ***, gave them my policy number, and received assistance. Since last year, the number has been disconnected, and no communication has been sent to customers. When I needed to make a jump start claim, the MiX Telematics support team pushed me from one pillar to the next; I called at 08:00 and was only assisted around 13:00, despite the fact that I had been paying every month. They were unable to locate my cover because there are two customer service lines, one for those who upgraded from just the BEAME device to one with roadside assistance, and the main customer service line does not have the information of those customers who were upgraded. I am now expected to pay for a jump start that is part of my benefits, despite the fact that the company that performed the jump start is nearby. I am expected to pay, but I pay my monthly premium, which includes roadside assistance. If I request car recovery, I will almost certainly be expected to pay for all of those services as well, even though they are covered by my benefits. This is just poor customer service.

This was not resolved instead, the amount for the jumpstart cost was debited in Smaller amounts, yet I was informed that they will cancel the amount as I had the benefits. That never happened.
