I would not recommend MATRIX to anyone even my worst enemy

Matrix is, and I've been trying to terminate my contract with them for months with no success. I couldn't reach them when I needed them because their phones kept ringing. Now, when I finally go ahold of them , I am told to pay R1555.00, which i was never told about in the first place; nothing in their contract mentions that amount, and I was not told during the phone call. Their service is poor, and they never told me....
