I would like to commend Nontobeko Khumalo at Matrix for the excellent service received. I recently had the mishap of my vehicle being written off in an accident. I have bought a replacement vehicle, and Nontobeko helped me every step of the way, from giving advice to getting the units transferred from the old to the new vehicle. Nontobeko has been respectful, friendly and extremely helpful every time I spoke to her and turnaround has always been very prompt.
