I WANT MY REFUND!
I cancelled my tracking device due to my car being written off, my account was paid for in advance for 36months. upon cancellation I was told someone from accounts will call me to assist with my refund but to date no one has called and when I do call them no one is willing to assist. but had it been the other way around with me owing them they would be calling day and night!
