I regret the day I installed matrix in my car

I am with matrix tracking for about 2 yrs now but the horrible experience i received i wont wish it to my worst enemy. I am faithfully paying my premium every month since i joined  They debited my account 3 times in one month October R 448.73 X 3 August X 2 September X 2 all this 2019  I once requested to be towed from Johannesburg to Dayton when i was in an accident on 1st July 2018 and i was told i have 26 free kilos and anything above that will had to pay extra from my pocket and i payed the guy who towed me R400 because my extra kilometers accrued  around June 2019 i requested to be towed back to Johannesburg (my premium are always up to date) and unfortunately they could not load the car as we could not open the car as the battery was dead  The very next day another tow company came to tow my car to Johannesburg and later that months I was charged R 2400.00  I questioned as to why am I charged this ridiculous amount and why before I payed R400. 00 but now I am triple charged  Escalated the matter to accounts without but got no joy instead I got the call from the lady demanding me to pay the money without any explanation WHY AM I TRIPLE CHARGED???? - i was again double debited R 448.73 and R 6 81.21 for month of November but my units has been switched off

I am so disappointed with this Matrix because even though I called to cancel my business with them they still try to debit my account without my authority
