I regret ever taking up a matrix tracker system and can't wait to have it canceled!!!!!!

What does one do to receive a response from matrix? I previously (more than 24 months ago) submitted a review on this platform. Some lady called me and, after our call, was to provide me with a recording of my initial call where I app**** for their facility and, send me a letter confirming her decline to refund me for the period their system was defective and I wasn't receiving any value. Subsequent to that, I've called and submitted requests for feedback via their website, no response. I've asked for details of their ombudsman, no response. Do i now have to go to the consumer protection body?
