Worst Tracking Company Ever

Signed their lousy contract at the mall and guess what happened after that. Was told if I temper with the power of the car they’d call, was told about the accuracy and the efficiency of the app. Well I’ve tempered with my car a couple of times and they never called, called to check and they told me there’s no sign of that on their side. I let it slide, one midnight, I randomly wake up from a bad dream and decides to check on my car, my car’s location was showing the car on the other street, had to risk it and go check it and found the car was right where I packed it. Called the next day and they told me to refresh the app and switch on and off the car, did exactly that. The following week the app went back to being inaccurate. I called, even sent emails and there was no response from the company, now the question I’m asking is my car safe, am I even safe, will they even respond during emergency. Decided not to pay them anymore and go for another tracking company, well now I’ve been receiving emails to say I owe them more than 1k in rands. Bad, very bad tracking company.
